welcome you onboard,

Below is the detailed list as to how to get ready while coming to gym. When coming to the gym to get train, you can develop a tradition that will help you stay focused on your goals. By sticking to same regimen each day you will also be assured that nothing i schanging in your training or preparation. this will make easier to giagnose a problem or to pin point the result of a specific planned change in your training, nutrition, or lifestyle.

Pre-workout preparation 

You have to start by eating by your pre-wprkout meal, making sure you are hydrated, and pack all your gear! 


Depending on your current diet, consume your pre-workout drink 30 minutes before you start warm up, or consume a small meal 45-60 minutes before you start warm up.

  • Dress code : shorts and tank top/ Sweat pants and sweatshirts/wind pants and tshirts, additianal dress to carry if you sweat profusely and large towel.
  • ​​​​​​​Wrist Straps: Optional
  • Lifting Belt : Optional
  • Water Bottle and Hand Towel (Must Have)
  • Cleaned Running Shoes and Cotton Socks (to Carry it along With you and Wear once inside the gym Premises


The Workout Process 

This step is very simple and also the most beneficial, its all about inspiring yourself and visualizing success. this is not the time to get into conversation with friends or random people. this is not the time to focus on anything other than training.

when you get into the gym, warm up for 5-10 minutes, know in advance what you plan to accomplish today 


Post workout Damage Control

  • Post workout, you want to cool down and stretch for solid 15 minutes each time. Keeping this consistent will also help to keep your recovery consistent. 

  • Take a moment to reflact on your performance. Try to figure out why you did better or worse and make notes. 

  • Try to relax a bit and get your 7-8 hours of sleep each night. 

  • Make sure to eat your 4-6 small meals each day for continuous nurtition
